In Support of this policy the following three primary quality objectives and measurements have been identified as our mission statement

• Increase customer satisfaction and confidence as measured by a quarterly survey of a percentage of our customers with a rating system of one to ten, with 10 being the highest rating.

• Zero defects both internally and externally as measured by non conformance reports in percentage acceptance

• On time delivery goal of 100% by comparing actual to customer requirements
